More about me
Conflicts can be unsettling, hurtful, and put a strain on relationships. At the same time, they hold the potential for clarification, growth, and new perspectives. In my work, I support individuals and teams in moving from deadlocked situations back to constructive dialogue and developing sustainable solutions.
I am a certified mediator (BM® licensed) and work with individuals, groups, and teams in various conflict situations. My goal is to create a safe space where all parties are heard, mutual understanding is fostered, and new possibilities for action emerge.
Respect, clarity, and impartiality are central to my work. Behind positions often lie needs, feelings, and misunderstandings that have previously been ignored. Making these visible is an essential step towards sustainable solutions.
My background in international business, along with my experience in teaching, group work, and intercultural contexts, helps me understand both interpersonal and structural aspects of conflict. My multilingual and culturally sensitive approach allows me to support people from diverse backgrounds and professional environments.
I am not interested in who "wins," but rather in how understanding can be restored and agreements can be reached that are sustainable for all parties involved. I am convinced that conflicts—if properly managed—can lead to greater clarity, strength, and development.
If you find yourself in a stressful or stuck situation, I would be happy to support you in a confidential and structured setting.
